What began as a career in brand strategy and marketing has quietly evolved into something much more nuanced—a way of seeing, sensing, and shaping the essence of people, projects, and places.
After the sudden loss of my brother, I became attuned to the soul of everything—the ache to live fully, honestly, and without delay. That loss shifted something permanent in me. It became the undercurrent of how I move, create, and connect. Now, I work with people and brands to unveil what’s true, lead with genuine energy, and shape what’s next from a place that feels undeniably alive.

With a foundation in strategic marketing, a fluency in creative direction,
and deep experience in wellness and experiential design,
I now work at the intersection of feeling and form—helping brands and individuals bring vision into alignment.

From a film in Hollywood to countryside retreats,
from food and beverage concepts to immersive experiences,

Breathwork Facilitator Training
FLOW BREATHWORK, a practice rooted in wisdom traditions, energy sciences, and elemental studies. The program provided a supportive container to learn the physical science behind breathwork, provided a supportive container for deep healing, and prepared Kayla to become a conscious, mindful, breathwork facilitator.
Meditation Training
Kayla has completed over 800 hours of meditation training, encompassing self-meditation, guided practices, and foundational Buddhist techniques. Her experience is deeply rooted in mindfulness, compassion, and awareness, allowing her to guide others in cultivating stillness, inner clarity & visualization.
Reiki I Training
It’s a Japanese energy healing technique and a form of channeling higher energy through the body. Kayla completed an immersive Reiki training course, which blends traditional Usui Reiki teachings with practices for self-healing and alignment with universal energy.
Human Design
Kayla’s Human Design studies have been a deeply personal and self-driven journey, spanning many years and learning from a variety of teachers. Through this exploration, she has gained profound insight into the unique energetics of each individual, learning how to harness one’s true potential and unlock their unique chart.
Sound Healing
Kayla has explored sound healing through the study of sound bowls and working with healing frequencies. Her practice incorporates the transformative power of sound as a therapeutic tool, facilitating deep emotional and energetic healing. By tuning into specific frequencies and vibrations, Kayla helps individuals release blockages, restore balance, and activate their body’s natural healing abilities.
Astrocartography
Kayla’s love of travel fuels her deep passion for astrocartography, the blend of astrology and cartography. She combines the wisdom of these ancient practices to guide individuals in understanding how specific locations can impact their energy and life journey. With years of exploration and study, she helps people connect with the energies of different places, offering insight into how to best align their personal growth with their geographical surroundings.
